It was only held to a $200,000 fine but it did 'contribute' 55 mill to some wild life fund.

I just went nuts when I saw this.

Halliburton has stolen hundreds of billions of dollars from our nation's tax coffers and under many corporate fronts or names over the last decade or so.

I was just struck by this item at NYT.

Under a plea agreement that is subject to court approval, Halliburton agreeds to pay a fine, to be subject to three years of probation and to continue cooperation in the investigation.

We have another rig out in the gulf burning right now. Only this time it is a natural gas rig. I can't wait for the GOP to crumble. I wish they would hurry up so we can start fixing all the damage their politics have caused.

Events: Heavy gunfire is occuring around the area of the U.S. Embassy and residential compounds adjacent to the Trutier area of Tabarre. All Embassy personnel have been instructed to remain indoors and shelter-in-place until further notice. All others should avoid the area.

Actions to take:

Avoid the area;

Avoid demonstrations and any large gatherings of people;

Do not attempt to drive through roadblocks; and

If you encounter a roadblock, turn around and get to a safe area.
