A month after ace programmer Sergey Aleynikov left Goldman Sachs, he was arrested. It's impossible to 'overstep' legal protection of the rackets, scams and con games (in this case, high frequency trading code), that affect the profitability of Wall Street.
It's also impossible for the DOJ to find a single case of criminal liability by the big firms on The Street when they pumped, dumped and crashed the world economy.
