I've been reading a lot about Hillary's trip to Chipotle and some have criticized this as a foolish focus on the irrelevant. I disagree, though I do think most of the writers are missing the real meaning and nuance of the story.
Hillary has been described as a wooden and uninspiring candidate, even robotic. Just a step away of accusing her of being an actual robot. Bear with me, this isn't unprecedented. Asimov Inspired by the upcoming off-year elections, he decided to write about a New York mayoral election where one of the candidates, Stephen Byerley, was accused of being a robot.
Like Byerley, Hillary decided to eat in public to show she is not actually a robot. Notice that today she decided to double down and drink chai and water with a lime twist in public. Eating and drinking in public, will it be enough to forestall the robot rumors? It didn't work for Byerley. Hillary might also have a latex bag inside her robotic shell to store the foods.
Off the wall theory? Maybe, but if Hillary punches some guy in the jaw we'll have the proof we need to determine if she's a robot or a human. (or will we) Fortunately our wise and intrepid journalists are on this important story so stay tuned.

Interesting notion ... Hopefully the person Hillary gets to punch in the face is Ted Cruz.
P.S. Where do I get my "Byerley 2016" bumper sticker?

That's not right!
Running around in shades and eating chipotle (what the fuck is chipotle anyway?)
Running around in pant suits and claiming to be a ruler.
Running around with long hair and a giggle.
THAT'S NOT RIGHT!
Running around and claiming knowledge when you should be home caring for your grandchild.
Running around telling people what our national interests are.
Running around and claiming that just because you were an aid to the impeachment panel and a Senator and a Secretary of State.
THAT'S JUST NOT RIGHT!

She is keeping the pundits off balance. Right now they are looking for a horse race, so they are going to play around with Rubio and Bush and see if they can get something going. No one is really paying attention to the election.
I don't think it matters what she does. The Republicans are just so far out of the mainstream that voters will keep a Democrat in the Whitehouse.

I think you're right, I hope you're right, but I just don't know. I can't figure out why people vote the way they do with the republican party gone almost entirely insane. I can't imagine voting for someone who hid his money in the Cayman Island banks to avoid taxes. No matter what their views on every issue that alone should disqualify someone. But almost half the voters voted for that skunk Romney. There used to be moderate republicans that I might have voted for. Moderate republicans that were more moderate than conservative democrats. But Gomert, Cotton, Cruz, I don't get how anyone can vote for them. So I'm just never sure who the people will end up voting for..

Conservative voters in this area likes Hillary. Many of these people are racist and that is why they voted the way they have recently. They don't want another AA hero that streets are named after or another AA birthday holiday. It is a battle that they have lost but they made their point clear in the last two midterms that they will not vote for a party that has a black president. It is the glue that has held the GOP together. This whole period of conservative politics for the last 40 years has been a backlash against minority civil rights.
