This needs to be read by everyone. But I know it will only be read by Democrats. Why do Republicans hate facts?

Among those Bush/Cheney Rove White House origin deleted emails were ones connected to the partisan firing of half a dozen or more federal regional district attorneys who had refused to issue politically charged indictments of Democrat candidates before the 2006 midterms, in order to influence elections.
TPM and Josh received a prestigious Polk Award when TPM, not the MSM, uncovered the DA firing scandal.

Thanks for commenting in this oft neglected section. Yes, once upon a time we were hoping for Josh's Pulitzer and investigative journalism would be rewarded. 10 years has beaten us down a lot.
Republicans don't hate facts - they're just rewarded for creating their own, and without a conscience or scruples (usually the 2nd reason one might not distort reality), it's like getting a green light on red - they just push on.
If I think about all those letters like "if you see someone advocating peace, just punch them. Then punch them again...." or "I keep my lights on and let my SUV idle just to drive those treehuggers crazy and show my right to burn fuel..." you get the idea of just how much hate there is capped up ready to explode.
