    ...."It’s been shocking," Scarborough said of his longtime relationship with Trump. "We’ve known the guy for 10, 11 years, and we never never expected it to be quite this bad."

    Scarborough said he believes the "Morning Joe" pair's relationship with Trump went downhill after Scarborough said on-air that New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie (R) and Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) produced higher show ratings than when Trump appeared on their show.

    "He went crazy, sent me a letter, had a spreadsheet, talked about how his ratings were higher than ours," Scarborough said.

    “We attacked him. I mean, said, 'He could start World War III,’ said all of these horrible things about him during the campaign, said he was a racist, a bigot, it all rolled right off his back. The second we said Chris Christie and Bernie Sanders out-rated him, that was the end,” Scarborough added....


    And he ducked.
