I love Trump supporters like you. You verify my belief about their level of intelligence. Mike Pence, trying to save his own behind, says that Flynn lied to him about his contacts with the Russians. Pence calls Flynn a liar.

Flynn has lied and committed criimes ommission over and over to Congress, the FBI and his security forms. As well as taking money from Russia's top cybersecurity firm while working for US gov and under a security clearance that prohibits this. Now it appears he has serious criminal conspiracy charges to face on top of all that. By Russian standards he'd be safe, but her in America he's in serious trouble. How are those snowflakes in Moscow, Peter? Beautiful this time of year, but by February it's piled way high, even the Kremlin feels it.

Seth blasts NYTimes' shoddy coverage that greatly muddies the waters. MSM is greatly trailing these days, not playing its A Team anymore.

No, it isn't his right to dismiss their subpoena.
Per Mirriam-Webster:
Definition of subpoena. : a writ commanding a person designated in it to appear in court under a penalty for failure.
You are just silly.

Plotting to kidnap a person on US soil is a crime, whatever warm fuzzy term you decide to give it. UNLESS it is through any official US vehicle charged with handling extraditions,, in a *legal* fashion. If money was offered and he took *any* action based on that offer outside of legal means, he's already guilty.

Oh sure, just as one day I'll laugh at a President who talked about grabbing girls by the pussy and now claims it's not even him on tape, or literally dismantling the State Department in the name of "draining the swamp" and cost-cutting. We've progressed so far I don't even need drugs to engage in my wildest dreams and nightmares - I just turn on Fox, the Beeb, or when craving a serious fix, Sputnik or RT. Of course 1 of these trades in reality that just has turned to mimic the best fantasy shows. It used to be getting high once or twice a day. Now the stimulus comes "Fast and Furious", so it's hard to keep up with the stream of meth-like mini-fantasies, which of course is what ratings-obsessed psychopaths produce. Sadly, Dennis Hopper is dead, as he'd be the only one properly crazed enough to play Trump and make it somehow believable.

You are not capable of interpreting basic facts. Thanks again for confirming my opinion of Trump supporters.
BTW the guy’s name is Pence not Pense.

from the Times' article:
Article is by Michael S. Schmidt, Matt Apuzzo and Maggie Haberman, ball known to have high level White House sources.
And then there's this later paragraph referring back to the interview with White House lawyer Ty Cobb, which suggests Trump can't save Flynn, from what?

I am shocked, shocked Peter wrote one of his boot licking defenses of President Stupid,The Orange Mousse-a-lini, without assailing Warmer Conspiracies, Clintonite dead enders, fake news media or The Red Borg Queen...!!!

It is Flynn's work for the Turks that puts him most at peril of wearing stripes.
Especially since those efforts are not just about influencing the election but reflect the good value for money spent keeping Erdogan so chummy with the current administration.

WaPo has gotten a quote along the lines of an "it's Obama's fault' excuse:
