This message was just posted at the Occupy NH site:
"Eviction is happening tonight at 11pm. Negotiations with police have brought us to the point where they have stated they will ticket. If you do not leave the park upon receiving ticket, you will be forcibly removed. We ask that if you are arrested, you do so peacefully and do not resist."

Maybe they'll just evict the libertarians and then you can go back. Think positive!

I have been through this with Occupy Denver. The New Hampshire branch of the National Lawyers Guild should be contacted right away. Ask them to send observers, someone to talk to you about how to handle interaction with the police for those who intend to express civil disobedience and they should also ask for lawyers to sign up to defend those who are arrested. This is what we did. A member of the NLG came to our general assembly and told people not to resist in any way if they move to arrest you, you can go limp so they have to carry you out. But resisting in the slightest physically ups your crime and potential charges. The circumstances of each situation can affect the outcome. Everyone in the arrests in Denver has been bailed out so far. They had some every day last weekend.

Also many of us where standing by as witnesses across the street from the park and the press was there. There were so many people that the police delayed moving in from 11pm to 2am and then finally moved in at 3:15am. They divided and dispersed slowly for hours until they finally arrested individuals that would not move around 6:30am. One of the news channels live streamed the entire night so even after I left I was watching.
I believe there is a move to get an injunction from the courts to prevent further evictions but this has been happening in a lot of cities.

Good news it seems. It looks like a good faith negotiating effort among the police, mayor's office and ONH has resolved the standoff.

Glad to hear that. In Denver, even with the democratic governor and mayor things have not gone as the occupy group hoped.
