Note to self: you think you're so smart about this kinda stuff, but you yourself fell for it once again.....so much for all the prognostication about one of our political parties disintegrating from all the primary campaign animosity.

There were definitely some choice quotes uttered by Gingrich, Santorum, Perry, Bachmann, et al. during the primaries that I hope get used and re-used by SuperPACs during the general (even though I wish SuperPACs didn't exist).
That said, this isn't unusual at all. Clinton through some stuff at Obama (and vice-versa) that she later walked back, and of course Obama would've done the same if she had won the nomination. Of course, just as I hope Obama will against Romney, McCain used it against Obama in the general.
