The "Unvarnished Truth" - Hillary and the 'Alt-Right' Speech

The 'Alt-Right' is all the current rage...

    And it's Wacky-Doddle Time...

    . . . . . .

I came across this comment by NCD on Thu, 08/25/2016 - 6:56pm

"You should publish this stuff with Zackheims Penguin line, it has been called an 'incredibly profitable business of binding and selling wingnut hatespeech to bigots and morons'. And for $8.99 a year you could rant about it in your own .org website at GoDaddy, a la Fred Reed..."

Why dump $8.99 a year when there's YouTube?

    A little background here.

Paul Joseph Watson (born 17 November 1989) is a British libertarian activist, and a reporter currently associated with Infowars.com.[1] Watson is controversial and is well known for his criticisms of immigration, feminism, transexuality, political correctness, and EU policy regarding the European migrant crisis.[2] Watson has been reporting for Infowars and Alex Jones since 2011 and also has his own YouTube channel.[2]

Good points on the 'unvarnished truth' Youtube beats having to spell check and type.

Looking for the truth on the new and improved right wing: the 'alt-right'.  It is almost entirely just rebranded GW Bush, kick their ass and take their gas Iraq War supporting Republicans.

Like SS soldiers at the fall of Berlin, they burned their uniforms Bush/Cheney bumper stickers and claimed they never voted for him by the economic crash of 2008.

Just to add a commentary on Nice Polite Republican radio from today, the alt-right, Hillary and Trump:

I just listened to NPR 'Saturday Morning' for about 7 minutes, which is about all I can take, and the Saturday guy, Scott:

    1. talked with Ron Elving about why people don't trust Hillary, they gave results of voters quizzes on do they trust Hillary, she only got one '6'. Then they noted that she doesn't do many press conferences.

Ron and Scott wondered why, they said it appears she thinks the press doesn't like her

    2. Then they talked about Trump's possible election changing 'pivot' to attract support from immigrants and blacks. He is softening.

Racism? They, the NPR guys, say the Beltway High Holy Text, exact quote:

"both sides say the other is racist."

And left it at that except for this. Also on the webpage.

They 'educated' NPR listeners on 'what is the alt-right?' Well, just ask them? Right? So NPR reports what the alt-right says they are:

champions of their own demographic', 'saying racist or anti-semitic things....an act of freedom' do it 'for fun and notoriety', 'troll, prank and provoke', 'masculine'

Then they then had a Trump supporting Mississippi black preacher come on. On national radio. 1 in a million?

The black preacher said he doesn't trust Hillary.(surprise!)  Thinks she is ill. (Scott made a lame remark questioning that).

The preacher likes Trump and believes Trump will help black kids get better schools. Why he thinks that Scott didn't ask.

Joy Reid has a show on MSNBC for now. On today's show, she questioned  a WaPo investigative  reporter  what wrongdoing he found in donations to the Clinton foundation. During questioning he noted that the foundation had gotten AIDS drugs to some in Africa and had not taken a dime from the foundation. But , he noted, it looked bad. Joy Reid then asked why similar questions had not come up when George the first and George the second had foundations when they were in office. The reason this question was important was because the WaPo reporter stated that the Clinton Foundation was unprecedented in Presidential history. He was lying. He had no response to the question. Joy Reid did not give the WaPo reporter a pass. I suspect her show will not be on for very long.

    Good points.

Maybe Joy can save her MSM job if her next show talks about how the alt-right are bunch of virginal came from nowhere apolitical neophytes who are proud of their heritage, and just want to tell funny jokes, have bake sales and pull harmless pranks..

On Clinton Foundation, conservative mainstay Forbes Magazine:

Let me be clear: the idea that the Clinton Foundation has been less than forthcoming in its disclosure of data is preposterous, unfair, and unworthy of anyone interested in the truth.

In truth, the Clinton Foundation is among the most forthcoming of major charities and nonprofit foundations – especially those headed by public figures. That may be a low bar to clear (philanthropy in this country is notoriously opaque, and IRS requirements for disclosure woefully thin) but clear it the Clinton Foundation does, and with a considerable digital hop to its step; unlike most charities, the foundation provides a large searchable database of donors on it website, a veritable trove to journalists and researchers – and ironically (but in my view, honorably) the source of many of the scurrilous charges now laid against it.

    Mother Jones:

(the Clinton Foundation) is certainly more transparent than the foundations that George W. Bush and George H.W. Bush established to fund their presidential libraries and other activities. The George W. Bush Foundation raised $361.8 million between 2010 and 2013, according to its latest tax filing. But it does not have a policy of full disclosure for its donors. ... Any donor who wishes to remain anonymous is not named....

The Clinton Foundation was founded in 1997. The George Bush Sr. foundation in 1991, both started while they were in office.

Thanks for the links. Progressives are going to have to realize that much of the hatred directed towards the Clintons is because the media is a composed of a bunch of feckless cowards who never put actions in context when it comes to the Clintons. Hillary had to force the mainstream media to address the obvious racism in the Trump campaign. The Progressive response to a slanderous AP article that lied stating that half of Hillary's donors made up the visits to her office has been to demand that the Clinton Foundation close its doors.
