President Trump hailed his new deal with Mexico to avoid tariffs, but the terms were actually agreed on months ago, officials in both nations said. It was unclear whether Mr. Trump accepted the deal as a face-saving way to escape the political and economic consequences of imposing tariffs.

So it's interesting that Chuck knew ahead of time what was up with that. I wonder if I should probably check what Chuck is saying before I bother to post news about Trump's latest whatever. Gets me thinking of how slow the news cycle will move once we don't have a red herring troll for president and that it will take time to get used to.

You know what I am thinking? What always gets left out of the discussion: The other two branches of government fighting each other in the courts also costs taxpayers money. Court system is not free. Everyone involved gets paid. No matter which side "wins", taxpayers lose every single time. Impeachment may be cheaper? Cost benefit analysis of all these court cases, anyone?
