I am watching Alex Wagner and she tells me Freedom Works, the defiler of West Virginia's water has filed for bankruptcy.
I WANT TO SEE CORPORATE INSIDERS PUT IN PRISON AND FINED THEIR ENTIRE NET WORTH.
More to come.

Isn't that the way freedom works for corporations? I doubt there will be any perk walks or huge fines.

You are probably ahead on me with this but Rachel went on a rant about all of this and indicated that some shell corp was set up to 'fund' the chapter 11 and it was all a sham and all these people have been harmed and injured for life and...the whole thing just stinks to high heaven.
If Rachel and scores of other organizations and folks stick together, the chapter 11 will not go as planned.
