“Kristol was treated like royalty and came off as … a Republican Party warlord,” bragging “about how all the hostile elements to Israel inside the Republican Party were purged over the last 30 years — (and) no one (now) dared to question the power of the Israel Lobby”

That's a very interesting medley of gossip and rant by Pat--as usual with him, though, I don't know which parts of it to believe.

I sure don't know what to believe either. I guess it would be more accurate to say I don't know how much of it to believe. It seems to me that Kristol would love for his alleged assertions to be true. Also, I am not a fan of Buchanan and I am sure he is willing to stretch the truth and put spin on everything. He is a politician, after all, but blatantly lying about what people said in front of many others seems a bit unlikely too. He does, though, make some very specific charges attributed to specific people. I would like to see them, Kristol, whom I despise more than DDAY does Glenn Beck and Limbaugh combined, and Ben Ami, whom I know nothing about, confronted about the charges and asked to comment. If the reported comments are false I would guess they would do so on their own without being confronted, and maybe they yet will. If they are substantially true, how should we expect Kristol to react?
