[....] A military judge, Col. Gregory Gross, decided Thursday on the questions for the jury pool to answer and return a month before Maj. Nidal Hasan's court-martial starts Aug. 20. The judge's decision came after prosecutors and defense attorneys submitted 350 questions and discussed them behind closed doors [....]
The pool of nearly 150 military officers will come from Army posts nationwide, including Fort Hood. Jurors must be of Hasan's rank or higher. Death penalty cases in the military require at least 12 jury members, more than in other military cases. And unlike other military trials, their verdict must be unanimous in finding guilt or assessing a sentence.
Hasan was not in the courtroom again Thursday because he has refused to shave his beard, a violation of Army regulations. Hasan and one of his attorneys have watched the past four hearings on closed-circuit television in a room in a trailer just outside the courthouse. Last month, Gross said Hasan would be barred from attending hearings and his trial in person unless he shaves the beard [....]

What idiots, nothing better to do with their time?
Give him a diaper, let him keep his beard, and get on with his trial.
3 years later the guy should be on his way to death row.
