My comment: Must give kudos where due: to the UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE's Priority Mail. They got all my packaged presents across the U.S. on time even though I sent them all at the last minute. (And I packed those flat rate boxes with some heavy weight stuff.)
Extra bonus gold star: I got a Christmas card through my front door slot in NYC on Tuesday afternoon that was placed in a collection box in Los Angeles on Saturday evening with a first class stamp on it.

And they deliver in remote places that Big Brown and Fed EX don't go because it cost to much time in productivity.

Heck, I've noticed recently that Fed Ex has contracted with them to do exactly that. When I've ordered some things from Amazon, it's this strange hybrid delivery where Fed Ex drops it at a regional facility and the USPS takes it the rest of the way to the doorstep. I just found it described here:

They started that several years ago. Post office finishes the door to door deliveries for many of Fed Ex packages.
