This was a 6-2 Decision that actually supports the EPA!
This is a big deal to me, anyway!
I still think the dems would do better supporting anti-pollution standards than some ephemeral attack on global warming.
But what do I know?
I know that cretans like Rep Gohmert would just abolish the agency altogether!

Yes it is a big deal. There is plenty of old coal burning electric companies that need to clean up their act. They just don't want to spend the money or ask for a rate hike to pay for it. Now they have too reduce the polution they spew out.

I was struck by this conservative court actually acknowledging that the EPA actually exists!
This is a big decision and there are twenty more decisions that are just plain awful
I just cannot figure out where it came from?
Follow the money or follow the conservatives or follow the corporations?
Again, there have been terrible, terrible decisions from this partisan court, but damn!

Hey Ducky, Thanks for the link. I had forgotten who he was. Richard really did his homework on this guy several years ago.

That link, while interesting, does not support your synopsis, unless there's a connection between that new dwarf planet and the EPA that I'm unaware of…
