Again, this is not rocket science. People have confrontations every day and do not shoot each other. It's illegal, for one thing.

First of all, where did you get the idea of "trying to force the apology?" You pulled it out of the same place that you find so much of your posts. You really don't know what he was seeking when he confronted Zales.
Secondly, even if it was an apology he was seeking, that is also not grounds for murder.

I never said it wasn't a possible murder but why do you get to judge the matter before all the facts are in .
What did you think Zale was going to do, when he got out if his vehicle and approached Zale? Talk about the weather?
Again, neither of us were there, so quit acting like the judge and jury.

You seem quite content to judge the one who got out of the car, and quite discontent to judge the who killed the one who got out of the car. Why is that?
