OK..Corral...not the most accurate word....it was a Wal-Mart men's room, not technically a 'corral', but if the guy at the urinal had drawn a weapon, it might have gotten dicey. Arizona requires no certificate, license or education on gun use or safety, anyone can carry a gun, concealed or unconcealed, almost anywhere. So we don't know whether the guy with the hot .357 Ruger was just too dumb to engage the safety before doing his business, or whether he just has an itchy trigger finger and is always 'ready'.
Andrew Seals entered a bathroom stall about 1 p.m., at a Walmart at McKellips and Greenfield roads, and began to sit down when his Ruger .357-caliber Western-style revolver fell out of its holster and fired a round, Mesa police Sgt. Ed Wessing said.
The bullet went through the stall door, hit a wall, ricocheted into a light on the ceiling, then back onto the floor toward a man standing at a urinal, Wessing said. The bullet struck the floor about 5 feet from the other man, he said.....

State Fair, how about guns in church? Did you see this:
A west Florida pastor's daughter is clinging to life at a hospital after she was accidentally shot in the head by a church member who brought a gun to Sunday services.
Of course, in the real Wild West of the 1800's, Wyatt Earp made the yahoos check their guns when coming into Tombstone, for the same reasons we should today.

I know this article isn't supposed to be funny, but I can't quit laughing. Wonder how the guy at the urinal is doing?
Still laughing.

This (AZ) one did turn out funny, the one in Florida no. The Wal Mart gunslinger was charged with endangerment, which can be a felony or a misdemeanor. The guy in Florida should be sent up for at least 10 years in my opinion for negligent homicide/manslaughter.
