In the spirit of Richard Day and his post Exiled Cubans, Rubio and Cruz. Case against Barack Obama, URPS officers Prosecutor Ted Cruz and his Assistant Prosecutor Marco Rubio (Union of Republican Prosperity Spreaders).
Resolved that propagation and dissemination of GOP ideology (tax cuts raise revenue, Obama faked birth certificate, earth 6000 years old, evolution liberal plot, climate change a hoax, war is peace etc) are both ubiquitous, and as uncompromising and obsessive as that of Stalin, a Tea Party indictment follows, drawing from Article 58 of the Stalinist legal codes (as listed in the book Escape from the Future, by Vladimir Petrov).
Charges against Barack Obama:
Article 58, paragraph 1a - Treason - For engaging in campaigns to prevent the rightful election of John McCain and Sarah Palin on 2008, and Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan in 2012.
Article 58, paragraph 6 - Espionage - For consorting with Al Gore, Hillary Clinton and George Soros on a conspiracy for UN takeover of America.
Article 58, paragraph 7 - Wrecking activities - For allowing the formation and operation of the Consumer Protection Agency, and increasing regulation on Heroes of the URPS, the Union of Republican Prosperity Spreader comrades on Wall Street.
Article 58, paragraph 8 - Terrorism - For unleashing the deadly Ebola epidemic on America, for bringing that plague to our shores, and for letting the infected freely roam the nation and come across the border he has failed to secure.
Article 58, paragraph 9 - Diversionary Acts - For claiming the economic collapse of 2008 was not his own fault, and was due to the lack of government regulation and oversight.
Article 58, paragraph 11 - Belonging to a counter-revolutionay group - For being a member of the Democrat Party, which seeks to obstruct and impede the wonders of the Tea Party and its 5 year plan to balance the budget while cutting taxes, creating unbounded prosperity.
Article 58, paragraph 12 - Not informing - For not informing himself on the results of the last election, and immediately resigning, after the American people demanded his removal from office.
Article 58, paragraph 13 - Not revealing a prerevolutionary past - For denying his Kenyan birth and for his mission since birth to use his office to heap abuse on the nation as revenge for white colonialism in Africa.

Well done, a virtual blueprint which will be read with straight faces by all Tea Partiers.
But you left out (par 7)---conspired to destroy all the domestic jobs in the oil industry by lowering gas prices.

I'll bet you Cruz is having his staff scour the history books for famous oratories he can plagiarize to accuse Obama of negligence of historical nature.

Nice summery, but your last comment is a bit silly. "his mission since birth to use his office to heap abuse on the nation" Look not even Damian knew he was the antichrist until he was 13. While his handlers surely knew of the plan to destroy American by installing him as president long before his birth I'm sure Obama didn't know or begin to destroy all that was good and pure in America until he was informed of his destiny when he was 13.

Good points, I will submit them to the prosecutors. Oxy's too. Should add another 10 years on his sentence for anti-URPS subversion.

I must render unto NCD on this boring winter day (it is winter here again in mid November) the Dayly Blog of the Day Award for this here Dagblog Site, given to him from all of me.
hahahahah
Life can seem so terrible from time to time, if we cannot laugh, we will all be lost.
Well done!
And of course, we still have over 34 Senators on our side.
So impeachment will become a big joke.

Honored to receive such recognition. Thanks Richard.

You really should consider applying for a job at Fox News. I've heard tell they don't really care if you believe the stuff you're writing, they just want those talented at doing it.
Edit to add, the only cavaet: Fox now prefers
newsscript writers who aren't into phone hacking, police bribery, and exercising improper influence in the pursuit of stories. Other than that, the zanier the narrative you can produce, the better, freedom of speech and all...by artappraiser on Fri, 11/14/2014 - 5:01pm
Thanks for the suggestion I could make up stuff as good as the biggies at the Fox propaganda outfit. Maybe I could outdo Keith Ablow the Fox News NY based psychologist who said Biden had Alzheimers disease after Joe eviscerated Ryan in the VP debate.
Stalin would have loved to have a man with the professional integrity of a Dr. Ablow as the Doc in the NKVD Lubyanka prison doing physicals and interrogations during the Great Purge.
There really are many 'methodologies' from the Stalinist era that Murdoch and the GOP could use, if they aren't using them already, which often seems the case.

The Benghazi Report from the House Select Committee on Intelligence called "crap" by powerful Senator Lindsey Graham. the report cleared the Obama administration of wrong doing:
The committees' Republican Chairman, Mike Rogers from Michigan, was reportedly arrested hours after the release of the document. He was taken away in a modified meat truck in the middle of the night by black clad officers. Witnesses noted the URPS (Union of Republican Prosperity Spreader) red/white/blue emblems on the officers distinctive tricorn caps. His whereabouts are now unknown.

Good one. Modified meat truck, love it.
Graham's still pissed over not being McCain's de facto assistant in the White House once the URPS Northern Field Office and it's incumbent VP had been permanently relocated to Alaska.
by Oxy Mora on Sun, 11/23/2014 - 8:29pm
The URPS Northern Field Office is where the Chairman of the Supreme Presidium Comrade Boehner would like to send guys like Rogers.
Perhaps to the bankrupt platinum mines on Goodnews Bay with a pick and a shovel, and all extant copies of his report for warmth.

Other witnesses noted a sense of camaraderie and it was overheard, "You'll find the money in your meat freezer"." The Big H and O, sends their thanks again, for your service to your country"
Some witnesses claim when they approached the modified meat truck, the men inside took Steak orders
I hope these neighbors didn't leave a deposit, because the whole thing smacks of fraud.
by Resistance on Sun, 11/23/2014 - 8:45pm
I rarely agree with Senator Graham but this time I have to. I haven't read the report but its likely Graham is right. It's a republican report. Virtually every republican report is crap.

B....u.....t Benghazi was supposed to keep going until Hillary runs in 2016. That's two years away. Benghazi was to be a never ending Show Trial to top even Stalin's.
We all know the Kenyan Usurper did something bad.....and Hillary too....
And now even Fox News has limited Benghazi to just 30 seconds.........

None Of The Above
They'll impeach him because they can.
I invite one and all to go read the rules for impeachment in the Constitution ...they're extremely vague.
High crime and misdemeanors is vague because the framers never identified what they considered them to be. They decided each session of Congress would be the judge of what they considered them to be.
In other words, it's open for interpretation. So if there's a hostile Congress, they can decide an act of mercy to be a high crime and misdemeanor if they so wish to.
So be prepared for multiple impeachments of Obama until they come up with one that sticks and the Senate has no choice but to act.
by Beetlejuice on Mon, 11/24/2014 - 12:55pm
As long as there is 33 Democratic Senators they will have a hard time removing him. I don't think the country is in any kind of a mood to put up with multiple impeachment.
